Former Graham County Arizona Sheriff Richard Mack (http://www.SheriffMack.com) closes out the January 31st public event in Las Vegas, Nevada. He explains how a county commissioner and a county sheriff are nullifying the NDAA and indefinite detention through resolution and action. Mack extols the commitment that the over 100 sheriffs have to uphold their oaths of office and that the purpose of this meeting was to show other sheriffs how they are already protecting the liberties of their people every day. He ends with an announcement of his candidacy for US Congress.
On January 30-31, 2012 over 100 county sheriffs and peace officers, from over 30 states, united to uphold their oaths of office, protect citizen liberty, and stop state and federal tyranny. Inspired and led by the example of former Graham County Arizona Sheriff Richard Mack, the meeting, which was held in Las Vegas, was funded by the generous donations of thousands of Americans from all fifty states, as well as the support of freedom loving sponsors.
The agenda included training on the Bill of Rights, Interposition, Nullification and the importance of Property Rights versus Privileges. Many sheriffs, a police chief and even a county commissioner shared their experiences, challenges and actions taken to uphold their oaths of office, directly with the sheriffs in attendance.

Comments left at the AZCentral site were overwhelmingly anti-Arpaio and even the SUGGESTION that his investigation may have some validity and was not a publicity stunt was met with derision and condemnation by a 3 to 1 margin. Don’t let the very biased media brainwash you into thinking anything BUT strict adherence to Constitutional principles and law are acceptable. The adherence to those principles are what made this the greatest country in history – regardless of what the propaganda machine wants you to believe. God Bless America and the U.S. Constitution

Actually no one should forget that we are a democratic republic…not a true republic, not a true democracy. A unique balance of both.
… Actually , and more specificly , our Government system is a “Constitutional” Republic which incorporates a democratic process for the election of “Representatives”, and Petitioning for Legislative action , etc. The Confusion of Government type stems from the misunderstood / misapplied nature of the word Democracy . The distinction between a Republic and a Democracy lies in the nature of what is ultimately supported above the Mundane impulses of our Society ; the Rule by Higher Principles that stand for Individual Sovereignty , Independence , Freedom , Liberty , and All Rights of Americans and those who will interact with America vs. the Simple Rule by Majority ( regardless of the Philosophical disposition of the Citizens ). The fact that the Citizens Elect representatives and Hold their Government Accountable IS what is in Common , to the point that their will is in Persuance of the Constitution and Accepted as in compliance with the tenets of American Jurisprudence , but No More !
The Use / Misuse of the word Democracy in reference to American type of Government ( outside any acknowledgement of a requirement to Comply with Constitutional Mandates , Civil Rights , Common Law , Rule of Law , Law of Nature , Law of Nations , Rights of Man , the tents of American Jurisprudence … as pertains to this Country’s type/form of Gov’t ) is often perceived as a Diminishment / Misrepresentation of Significant importance because it fails to reference the Higher Ideals / Principles incorporated in to the “American” type/form of Gov’t . Our “Constitutional Republic” (a “Constitution” guided type of “Democracy” of specific Hybrid form based on the adoption of the Best and Highest Ideals of “Republican” Government as perceived by the Founders from recorded History and contemporary Philosophies ) is Far Superior to other “Democracies”( simple will of the people ) of the World and therefore not to be considered equal to/the same but should be Held as the Ideal form of “Democracy” to promote , and it’s Distinctions made Clear ! Albeit, , some refer to Democracy as either a Political premise ( first step ) to strive for in a New Gov’t ,and/or the Political premise ( basic concept ) which is held in common among nations with a”Democracy” type of Gov’t . Clarity and continued reminder makes for a Better informed Citizenry and therefore a higher incidence of Understanding , Cooperation and Civility , Especially in regard to Our “Special” type/form of Government !
The criminals who have usurped our Constitution and all high Offices both federal and state are Traitors and/or insurgents enemies of Americans rights. No wonder they are creating economic armageddon so they can buy the souls of police and military to take down any American Patriot who resists. WACO slaughter will be soon upon all America with Obama leading the attack, from a safe distance of course.

You know the police,national guard and other military groups need to be woke up.Many are starting to wake up others thinkobeying there comanders and those above them whether write or nwrong is there duty and forget about the oath they took.Then thers those who just get off on the power trip they are traders as well

Mr. Fay. You and I and probably most of the commenters here know that we are a Republic, and not a democracy. Most Americans would say you are crazy, and that we are a democracy. Perhaps you should explain what the difference is for those who don’t know.
It would interesting to know what 20 States were “NOT” represented at this conference.
Ask yourself how many Counties are in your State? and only “100 county sheriffs and peace officers” showed up?

One small area hired a formerly fired Asst Sheriff from Nueces County as their Police Chief who the first month was caught dispersing inappropriate funds.
The churches have services in Spanish.
That really makes a Veteran feel like they are being supported.
Aid and abett the illegals while Veterans return in coffins, B E H E A D E D like Matt Maupin who went there to help his family then be able to attend college; others cannot find jobs; on and on.
Veterans benefits cut: not illegals–they are still included in the Health Kill Bill, but Muslims are exempt from paying in.
