In 1992 George Bush, at the United Nations Conference on Environment and Development in Rio, signed on to the UN’s Agenda 21. The goal of Agenda 21 is to have global control over each of the following areas: Education, Agriculture, Atmosphere, Biodiversity, and Forestry.
In 1996, Bill Clinton gives updates on the progress of Agenda 21 in Rio. Sadly, the US made significant progress to support this unConstitution Agenda.
On January 24, 2007, George W. Bush signs Executive Order 13423 giving additional power to the USDA to comply with more of the Agenda 21 goals.
Finally, Barack Obama signed his 86th executive order (13575) on June 9, which established the White House Rural Council (WHRC). According to The Blaze, the Executive Order seems to be in line with the United Nations radical Agenda 21, as it is designed “to begin taking control over almost all aspects of the lives of 16 percent of the American People.”
